Missing items in the package.
Product not as described on Kartrow.com.

Items returned after 7 days of delivery.
Products used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless defective).
Returns due to change of mind or dislike of product.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about approval/rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take extra time for the refund to reflect.
