1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

  • To cancel, please contact us immediately at support@kartrow.com with your order ID.


2. 7-Day Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of delivery.

✅ Eligible for Return/Refund (within 7 days):

  • Wrong item delivered.

  • Damaged or defective product.

  • Missing items in the package.

  • Product not as described on Kartrow.com.

❌ Not Eligible for Return/Refund:

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery.

  • Products used, damaged, or altered by the customer.

  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless defective).

  • Returns due to change of mind or dislike of product.


3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about approval/rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take extra time for the refund to reflect.


4. How to Request a Refund

  2. Include your order ID, reason for return/refund, and product images (if applicable).
